Terms
These are the terms for using Jukebox Histories. Plain language. Nothing hidden.
What you're buying
A single-use download link to a zip file containing the eighteen-lesson Jukebox Histories curriculum. The license is per family. You may use it with your own household and as many of your own kids as you like. You may not share, republish, resell, or distribute the files to other families, co-ops, classrooms, or online groups. If you'd like to use it with a group, write us at camerongard@yahoo.com about a group license.
Delivery
The download link appears on your screen the moment Stripe confirms payment. The link is good for one download and expires after seven days. Lost it? Email camerongard@yahoo.com with the email you used at checkout and we'll send a fresh link.
Refunds
All digital sales are final. Because the product is delivered immediately and can be copied, we don't issue automatic refunds. That said, if something went wrong (you didn't receive the file, you bought the wrong thing, etc.) write camerongard@yahoo.com and we'll work it out case by case.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe under their consumer terms. We never see your card details.
Use of the site
The site is provided as-is. We aim to keep it up, but no uptime is guaranteed. Don't try to break the worker, scrape the bucket, or use the curriculum to do something illegal. If you spot a security issue, tell us at camerongard@yahoo.com and we'll thank you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Utah law, the curriculum's author isn't liable for anything beyond the price you paid for the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
Changes
If these terms change, the "Last updated" date below will too. Material changes will be summarized at the top.
